💫 Moment of Alignment: What if the most fulfilled, most seen version of you is waiting on the other side of clarity?

From Survival Mode to
Soul Aligned Leadership
I’m Shavonne Gammage, speaker, executive coach, and transformational guide for high-performing women who are ready to break free from the exhaustion of overperformance and redefine success by transforming achievement into alignment, impact into peace, and leadership into a lasting legacy.

My journey began at 23, during one of the lowest moments of my life. I was financially strained, emotionally depleted, and stuck in a job that left me feeling invisible. I had followed all the “right” steps, yet nothing felt right. So, I took a leap of faith: packed my Honda Civic, left Boston, and drove to Atlanta with no job, no network, no plan, just a deep belief that more was possible.

That bold move shaped my path, but so did what came next.

I spent the next 20 years navigating Corporate America, building a career in HR and leadership development, and ultimately rising to the top as Chief People Officer. I led global teams, transformed cultures, and helped organizations find their strategic edge through people.

But at the height of my success, I looked around and asked myself:
How did I get here, and is this the life I really want?

I had the title. The influence. The seat at the table. But the truth? I had also abandoned parts of myself to get there.

In 2025, I gave myself permission to pause, to question, and to realign. In that pause, I discovered a new purpose: coaching ambitious women through the very journey I had to take alone. Because achievement without alignment isn’t enough. And we don’t have to shrink, overwork, or self-abandon to succeed.

Today, through The Legacy Alignment Experience™, I help women:
-
Reclaim clarity and confidence after years of “doing it all”
-
Realign their careers with who they’ve become, not who they were groomed to be
-
Redefine success on their own terms
-
Create space for fulfillment, not just performance

What I Know to Be True:
-
You can lead with intention and still protect your peace
-
Clarity is the most powerful strategy you’ll ever have
-
You didn’t come this far just to play small in a bigger room
-
You are allowed to want more, and to want it to feel good

If you’re ready to release the weight of overperformance, realign with your true values, and rise with intention, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
