Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By engaging with us, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf.

Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program, coaching package, or digital offering as outlined at checkout or in your client agreement. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to your program materials or sessions. All payments are non-transferable, and payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Policy

We are deeply committed to your transformation. Because our programs require time, energy, and resource investment, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact hello@shavonnegammage.com within five (5) business days of purchase, and we will review your request.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including program guides, workbooks, videos, coaching frameworks, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive property of Shavonne Gammage & Co., LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Participants are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by others in group settings.
Confidentiality does not extend to disclosures required by law or to prevent harm.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs or online spaces for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

All Services and materials are provided “as is” and for informational and educational purposes only. Shavonne Gammage & Co. makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, income, or personal results.

You acknowledge that personal success depends on individual effort, mindset, and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or Services.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Session Policy

For private coaching clients:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

• Missed or late sessions are considered complete and cannot be rescheduled.

• All sessions must be completed within the timeframe specified in your program agreement unless otherwise approved in writing.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the program. Upon termination, access to Services and materials will cease immediately, and you remain responsible for outstanding payments.

Privacy

Your use of our Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
